OFFUTT, Lewis W. 5926 Mar __, 1886 CA Apr 11, 1918 Died at Sea: Served as a Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve Force. He was killed in action when the ship he was assigned to (The U.S.S. Lake Moor) was torpedoed by a German U-Boat off the coast of Scotland.
